haha. well no requirements, we invite people who haven't played before. you do need a black shirt, (rock gear optional) and cleats are a good idea

cleats? the shoes you wear on fields??
with spikes... and yes. if you get on your ankle/ toes/ feet when large guys step on you, yes it hurts.
